I’ve started following back in early 2017 when I saw the gumbo video. I’ve cooked probably half of these recipes since then & they are delicious! I can’t wait to try the rest!
I just went through the book. It is truly amazing. I absolutely love the love of family throughout this book. Every li’l story; every detail; I just love it. Congratulations on such an amazing book that will forever be deep in the heart of south Louisiana & the hospitality will be spread throughout the country. It’s well represented throughout the book.
